This wealth packed one hour session consists of 3 parts.
First part consists of sharing Actionable knowledge & wisdom from ancient yogic scriptures which create awareness about your own personality and character which helps you to initiate the Transformation process within you.
Second part involves learning powerful breathing techniques called “Pranayama” to raise the vital life force called “Prana” as in the Sanskrit language. This Elevated prana in the body helps you to sweep out the burden of negative thoughts and emotions on the mind to help you experience the mental balance.
In final part of the session, we Meditate to help experience the core of your real self which is all happiness, love and pure joy.

Learn to Maintain stability, balance and comfort in your physical posture, and stability and composure of mind would automatically follow.

Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) & Meditation

When breathing is unsteady, mind is also unsteady. But when the breath is steady, the mind attains steadiness. Then, one attains long and healthy life. Therefore, the yogi should practice Pranayama. Learn vital breathing techniques for well being and peace of mind in this program.

Chanting and Meditation

Every sound activates a particular kind of energy in different part of the body. Experience the calmness and tranquility of mind with help of chanting mantra and meditation in this session.

Mudras & Meditation

Mudras are various kinds of hand, feet and body gestures. These subtle physical gestures have profound abilities to alter mood, attitude and perception and thereby help in deepening the awareness and focus of mind.
