Makes a man healthy-wealthy & wise.
in the morning the mind secrets such hormones which provide us utmost
power and peace. The nature remains calm and pollution free in the
morn ing,therefore, we get maximum oxygen which keeps us energetic
whole day.

Just on rising do `PAWANMUKTA ASAN' and cycling
`PAGSANCHALAN KRIYA' on the bed.

Make it sure to drink 2 to 4 glass-full of water
just on leaving the bed. The water kept overnight in copper pot gives
more benefit.

Have a daily walking routine in the morning, do
the acts of YOGASAN (Postures) PRANAYAM (breathing exercises) and
DHYAN (Meditation). By doing exercise regularly - energy is maintained
in the body & Blood pressure remains normal.

Always breath through nose and whenever you breath
take a deep and long breath. It increases PRAN SHAKTI (vital energy
of the body).

Always remain cheerful & Happy, have trust
in God. Stay in Meditation (DHYAN).

Be vegetarian. Take pure meals. Take light and
easily digestible food. Diseases automatically start curing due to
this and the body becomes handsome and healthy. The old saying is"JAISEKHAYEANNA,
VAISA BANEGA MAN". Likefood like nature.

Make it a habit to sit in 'VJRASAN' definitely
and regularly for 10-15 minutes after Dinner. (Take Dinner two hours
before going to bed)

Sit with peaceful mind for 5 minutes before sleeping
in the night and think of good or bad done in the whole day today.
Whatever was beneficial and good, thank God for the same and beg his
pardon for anything, which was harmful and bad and pray for the next
day. Maintain this Divine spirit of'thankfulness'- everything is by
his grace.
